Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey

Our most popular survey which is ideal for modern homes, flats, and standard properties in reasonable condition.

Each report includes a detailed visual inspection, condition ratings, clear explanations, and practical advice on maintenance or repair priorities.

Typical Fee Range:
£500 – £750 + VAT (Depending on property size, age, and value)

Once we know a few details about the property, we’ll confirm the most suitable survey and provide a fixed, no-obligation quote.

Level 3 Building Survey

Our most detailed and comprehensive service and recommended for older, extended, or non-standard homes.
This survey provides a deep analysis of the structure, materials, and condition, along with tailored advice for maintenance and repair.

Fees:
Quoted individually based on property type and complexity

New Build Snagging Inspections

Ensure your new home is finished to the right standard before completion.
Our inspections identify cosmetic and functional defects so your developer can fix them promptly.
